Please allow 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays), for us to process your order. All of our products are handled with care due to the safety and sanitary measures put in place. During the holiday season with high volume, processing times could increase slightly, but all customers will be notified to prevent any inconvenience.

After your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your LLL package to arrive! Then, you are ready to enjoy your Luxe Level experience!

*Note: Possible Carrier Shipping Delays: During the holiday season or COVID-19 things can get really busy for shipping carriers. Therefore, you may experience delays that are not at the fault of Luxe Level Lash.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, once an item is used, it can not be returned or exchanged due to the sanitary nature of our products. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you have 30 days to make an exchange.

In the event that you are having issues with application, if you attend a Luxe Level application party, allow our host to assist you with lash application. If you are still having difficulty with your lashes, then we will provide a full refund of your purchase.

We can only replace items if they are incorrect or damaged. Exchanges are 1:1 for the same item:

We will provide a return label and deduct the cost from refund amount.

If a refund is requested for an incorrect or damaged item, customer service will initiate the refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Lost or Stolen Luxe Level Lash Package Policy:

We are so sorry to hear that your Luxe Level Lash package has been either lost or stolen. Please see below:

1). Luxe Level Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with or without a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
ā
2). Upon customer inquiry, Luxe Level Lash will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, as well as, tracking & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

3). If after the customer has directly contacted the carrier, and the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at info@luxelevellash.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.
