I AM ALLERGIC TO MANY THINGS, ARE THERE ANY INGREDIENTS THAT I SHOULD WORRY ABOUT IN YOUR PRODUCTS (LASHES OR EYELINER)?

What secures our magnetic lashes to your eyelids is tiny iron oxide particles in our eyeliners. We use only trace amounts as approved by the FDA, and a synthetic version that is free of ferrous or ferric oxides. Our lashes and liners are also free of latex and parabens.
THESE LASHES ARE NOT CHEAP, HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT THEM TO LAST?

Our lashes are designed from the highest quality materials and made to be worn up to 45 times with proper cleaning and storage. Compare that to glue lashes that can only be worn 2-5 times.
DO I NEED TO WASH MY LASHES AFTER WEARING THEM?

There’s no need to wash your lashes - simply follow the instructions on The Care Card or see the Care Instructions on the website.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MAGNETS THAT CLOSE TO MY EYES?

Our lashes are fitted with tiny magnets of average strength, which pose no safety concern to your eyes or eyelid skin.
ARE MAGNETIC LASHES SAFE?

Yes! Our lashes are handmade anddeveloped to be extra gentle on your natural lashes and delicate eyelid skin.
DO I USE GLUE TO PUT ON THESE LASHES?

There’s no glue needed to wear our lashes. The lightweight magnets on the lash band for magnetic lashes or the lash strip band paired with our liquid eye liners are what keep them secured to your lash line. Please see our Care Instructions for more details regarding application, removal and proper care.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY MAGNETIC EYE LINER?

All liners have an opened shelf life of 3-4 months for the safety of your eyes. For unopened product, the shelf life is about 6 months. We do not add additional products to extend the life of the liner because they tend to be harmful to the eyes and skin.
WHO ARE THESE LASHES BEST FOR?

Anyone who wants gorgeous lashes in less time and for a fraction of the cost per wear than a full lash extension installs and touch ups.
I HAVE HEARD THAT MAGNETS ARE NOT SAFE NEAR MRI MACHINES. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED AN MRI?

Great question! If you are scheduled for an MRI study, you should not wear your lashes or liner. If you work around an MRI machine, you should not wear your lashes or liner, either. If you have a cardiac pacemaker, consult with your doctor before using this product.Please refrain from wearing your lashes in the pool or shower.
I CAN'T SEEM TO GET MY LASHES TO STICK. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Chances are you’re not applying enough liner, so try applying another generous layer or two. Next, make sure that you have carefully cleaned the old liner off the magnets. Old, dried liner on the magnets will prevent them from adhering to the newly applied liner. You can also check out our directions. Still having issue? CAN I SWIM AND SHOWER IN THESE LASHES?

Please refrain from wearing your lashes in the pool or shower.Unlike the individual lashes adhered to each of your natural lashes with glue, Luxe Level lashes are not waterproof and will not withstand being exposed to water.

We ship within the U.S. Shipping in the USA.Once you make a purchase, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, both the original and return costs of shipping will not be refunded.
